ABOUT EONNI

Hi everyone,

My name is Irene, I'm 30 and I'm from Naples.
Born and raised between delivery rooms and hospital corridors, with both hospital parents now retired.
I tried to follow my mother's path in obstetrics, but despite the transmitted love for "medicine" (along with medical drama) I understood that it was not my path.

I've been drawing jewelry since I was a child , but I've never received support about it and I chose to tie myself to graphics and the art world.
In short, I have always felt like a fish out of water.

Over the years between different jobs, many doors have been closed in my face when I have tried to create a jewelry brand. I was small and with low self-esteem.
I abandoned the idea.

At the age of 26 everything changed . I fell in love with Korean culture: from music, to TV series, to ways of doing things.

I found the strength to expose myself online by sharing my passion for the KOREA world, becoming Honorary reporter and K influencer. Anyone who's been following me for a while knows how many teasing and veiled insults I've suffered and still suffer.

"It's not something to do at your age," they said.
BTS (K-POP) music saved my life.

Their music has given me self-confidence and strength to believe in my dreams.

But why EONNI?
Online they call me Eonni (언니) which literally means “older sister”. Eonnijewels is for a safe haven, it was created to remind you that…

“True love begins first with loving yourself and while there is no exact recipe, Eonni jewels hopes to be your daily reminder, that despite life's ups and downs,

you never stop loving yourself."
