RETURN FOR REPLACEMENT

Return within 14 days

If you have received a product and are not satisfied, you are welcome to return the item to us up to 14 days after the date of purchase!

It is therefore possible to return orders (or part of them) within 14 days from the date of purchase, without this entailing any additional cost for the customer to manage the file, in addition to the simple cost of transport which is always charged to the customer.

The products must be returned:

  • Properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation;
  • Equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging), in order to allow EONNI JEWELS to identify the Consumer (order number, name, surname and address);

To access the return procedure, the customer is required to organize, at his own expense, the shipment of the returned items to:

For no reason will returns be accepted with costs or charges to be paid by
EONNI JEWELS

Any non-compliant shipment will be refused by EONNI JEWELS, with the consequent impossibility of proceeding with the return.

Reimbursement will take place only if the returned goods are perfectly intact and have not received any damage during transport from the customer to the office. EONNI JEWELS will accept the returned goods reserving the right to refund only after verifying that the products have been returned in their original state, unused and with the original packaging intact. Only in this case EONNI JEWELS will forward the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase of the products. EONNI JEWELS will refund the customer the full amount already paid within thirty (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods subject to the withdrawal and of the relative communication, by transferring the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. in the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code of the current account of the invoice holder and related beneficiary).

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

  1. The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any presentation folders, transparent bags); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, as far as possible, to place it in a second envelope; in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product is forbidden;
  2. Used products that show signs of wear or dirt and which, consequently, can no longer be considered intact will not be accepted;
  3. The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
  4. In the event of damage to the goods during transport organized by the customer, EONNI JEWELS will inform the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
  5. The returned products must be without obvious signs of use and must not be in such a state that they cannot be resold.
  6. The Customer totally loses the right of withdrawal, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where EONNI JEWELS ascertains:
  • The lack of the original external packaging and/or internal contents;
  • The absence of elements and/or anomalies in the product itself;
  • The use of the product, which has compromised its integrity.

Defective or incorrect products

If you RECEIVED a defective or incorrectly shipped item, please contact us by email at eonnijewels@gmail.com and we will assist you with a return or replacement. You will not be charged for shipping charges for any wrong product errors made while we were preparing your shipment.
