Orders are prepared and shipped from Italy.

ORDERS BY CHRISTMAS

If the destination is central/northern Italy, delivery by Christmas is guaranteed for orders placed no later than 20/12. On the other hand, if the destination is southern Italy/islands/difficult to reach areas, delivery by Christmas is not guaranteed for orders placed after 19/12.

Orders are processed and shipped from the warehouse within the following 24/48 working hours for orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding Italian holidays).

Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it. It will be necessary to wait for the delivery to proceed to exercise the withdrawal.

For orders placed by credit card or PayPal, an administrative verification may be required with order management times of up to 48h working hours.

The customer will always receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will allow him to check his order and the status of the shipment.

Delivery

The delivery of the products takes place on average within 5 working days from the shipment of the order in Italy.

All orders are processed automatically, consequently it is not possible to change shipping and delivery times. The carriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; delivery times may be delayed in the event of Italian holidays.
